Our Mission

To provide resources designed to promote sustainable recovery for individuals in need who are seeking support for mental health and substance use issues.

Our Vision

To expand accessibility for individuals in need who are seeking support for mental health and substance use disorders and to offer hope that recovery is possible.

Substance dependence is not a new problem, but the recent and ongoing opiate addiction crisis in America has brought it to the forefront of many people’s minds. According to the CDC, between 2000 and 2013, nearly half a million Americans died of an overdose on drugs- many of them on opiates- and millions more suffered from the other effects of addiction: incarceration, destroyed relationships, emotional distress, financial ruin. In fact, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy recently called the addiction epidemic in the United States “the health crisis of our generation.” Treatment is effective and many people successfully achieve recovery from substance dependence. Unfortunately, many others lack the resources necessary to seek professional help in fighting their addiction. Our aim is to provide those resources to people in need, and to promote addiction education and prevention in communities across the country.
